Neoflex C
Multi-layer design for using food-grade and non-dangerous liquid product. 150 micron LDPE with an outer layer of exceptionally strong, durable and reinforced PP fabric. Suitable for most food products and non-hazardous chemicals. Sizes available from 12.000 to 24.000 liters. Bulkhead system compatible with ISMP 15.
Neoflex B
Newly designed bulk liquid packing having a volume of 1000 liters. Inner layer is made out of food grade PE covered by outer carton. It is possible to load up to 1500 kgs depending on the specific gravity of the liquid loaded. Filling and discharging from top valve with a screw cap. Depending on the customer requirements we also supply with bottom discharging valve. It is possible to use for bulk shipping and storage of the liquid cargo.
Neoflex H
To re-heat fluids that either solidify or become viscous due to ambient temperatures during transit or at the point of discharge. The heating hose is made out of PE (polyethylene) and encased within a heat resistance PE-film. The time taken to heat the liquid depends upon both the outside ambient temparature and the temperature of hot water / steam, but averagely work on 3 / 4 hours (max. hot water / steam 100°C).
Neoflex T
A new concept in bulk liquid transportation on truck trailer. You do not need road tanker or tank container. You can easily convert your truck to a road tanker or a tank container. Please determine the size of the Neoflex-T depending on the capacity (5000-24000 lt) of your truck and the specific gravity of the liquid cargo.
Neoflex L
Install our container liner in any standard ISO container box and it is instantly converted into a dry bulk transport vessel. Using liners for bulk transport is the most cost-effective transport concept and the logistic and economic advantages are impressive. NEOFLEX-L offers 20′ and 40′ liners made to our customers’ requirements. We design a container liner optimized to your loading system and your receivers unloading facilities. Each liner design is well supported by documented drawings and specifications. Container liners are custom made from multi-layer, co-extruded polyethylene film containing a mix of LDPE and LLDPE for high strength and durability. NEOFLEX-L is offered with various types of bulkhead design for the sake of meeting our clients’ individual loading and unloading requirements.
